• Please let us know which class you're registering for by completing the form and pressing the SUBMIT button.
• Please remember to mail your check right away at Apple Country Music Together, PO Box 178, Hudson, MA 01749.
• Registrations requests are first come, first served; we will hold your seat for 4 days pending receipt of payment. Seats are registered when your payment is received (which we'll acknowedge by e-mail). Please let us know your first AND second choice classes so we know your wishes in the event your first choice class is full. Final class confirmations will be made as soon as class minimums are met.

• Registration Fees for 10 weeks of Spring 2010 Music Together are
